Description:

The T1S-D04 street twin disc kit offers a robust solution for high-performance applications, providing twice the number of disc surfaces for improved wear, heat capacity, and longevity compared to single-disc kits. The kit features a proprietary Positive Lift Floater System design, ensuring quiet operation without floater rattle or post wear.

ACT twin disc kits undergo an exclusive four-stage heat-treating process on all diaphragms, enhancing durability. These kits allow for adjustment to compensate for disc wear and ensure equal disengagement for discs. The performance street rigid-hub discs utilize premium organic materials with a high copper content for efficient heat transfer and steel-backed lining for superior burst strength and durability.

The chrome-moly hub is heat-treated for added strength and durability, while rivet design and materials are carefully chosen for maximum strength. Each ACT twin disc kit includes a CNC-machined and dynamically balanced flywheel for trouble-free installation and operation. Additionally, the kit contains a pressure plate, two discs, a floater, flywheel, and alignment tool, with some kits optionally including a pilot bearing and release bearing.
