The new knife set from Lilienstahl combines four essential Japanese-inspired blade shapes, Gyuto, Santoku, and a Petty  —in a high-quality collection designed for discerning chefs.
Each blade is made of HL torsion damask steel, a hand-forged, high-layer material created from a HK high layered Damascussteel.
This process step produces a fine and chaotic layer structure that enables a hardness of 63 HRC.
The handles are made of old Padouk, a dense wood with a gorgeous colour which also ensures durability and a pleasant feel.
This is complemented by bronze handle clamps, which enable a beautiful construction: the blade flows seamlessly into the handle, optimizing hygiene and balance. The pewter bronze also has an antibacterial effect. The octagonal handle design is ideal for the hammergrip.
