Here at BMFHQ we receive a ton of requests daily to volunteer and work at festivals alongside us. Due to this, we need to ensure all applications are 100% interested and committed to their place on the team.
A deposit of the FULL ticket amount ($350) is required to secure your spot at the festival you have chosen.
This deposit is fully refundable and will be returned to you after the festival minus a 2% transaction fee
If you pull out 2 weeks prior to the event ( 14 days) you will forfeit 50% of your deposit
If you pull out 1 week (7 days) prior to the event you will forfeit 75% of your deposit
If you pull out under 48hrs prior to the event you will forfeit the entire deposit.
If you are unfit to fulfill your shift or late the full ticket cost will not be returned.

This is STEP 1
STEP 2 - Once payment has cleared you will receive an email or text to confirm your place on this team. If you are unsuccessful your refund will be issued.
STEP 3 - You will then be added to the Official Event whatsapp chat group if successful . In this group more information will be communicated.
