- 96-inch, three-section drawer base with 6 drawers and capacity for 12 full-size hotel pans.
- Designed exclusively for Garland Cuisine Series modular tops.
- Remote refrigeration setup keeps the compressor off the unit; unit must be hard-wired on site.
- Stainless steel exterior with heavy-duty drawer slides, self-lubricating rollers, and removable track assemblies.
- Electronic control with digital thermometer and a vertically mounted blower coil using R452A refrigerant.
- Standard refrigerator drawers accommodate 12" x 20" x 4" hotel pans.
- 6-inch adjustable legs are standard; casters are available as an option.
