Lagavulin Game of Thrones House of Lannister 9 year old Scotch is an impeccably crafted single malt whisky that embodies the rich traditions of this historic distillery, along with the tenacity, austerity, and meticulous nature of the house of Lannister and their quest for the Iron Throne. This Islay Scotch was created in partnership with HBO's Game of Thrones and released in limited quantities. Lagavulin GoT House of Lannister is made from a mash bill of 100% malted barley and bottled at 46% ABV. It is aged for a minimum of 9 years in first-fill, ex-bourbon casks, resulting in an intensely flavorful dram. The nose is full of smoked meat, baked pears, and warm apples, while the palate is enveloped in flavors of moist peat, raisin pudding, and spiced cherry licorice.
