Troubleshooting steps for Issue - Pan & Tilt not working Tip 1: You can remotely pan and tilt your baby unit camera or zoom in while viewing images in SINGLE - CAM and PATROL mode. Make sure that you are Pressing and holding the arrow keys to move the baby unit camera upward, downward, leftward or rightward correspondingly. Press to zoom in. Press again to zoom Tip 2: Try resetting the parent and baby unit. Step 1. Disconnect the power to the baby unit and parent unit. Step 2. Disconnect the battery if you've installed one on the parent unit. Step 3. Wait approximately 15 secs Step 4. Re-install the battery and connect the power to the baby and parent unit. Step 5. Allow up to a minute for the baby unit and parent unit to link back up
