Dr DeMeo's brilliant work allows the layman to grasp a completely new cosmology with direct and practical applications in daily life. I love all of Nedra’s books. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has family conflicts that are taking a toll on them. It teaches you how to set proper boundaries and understand the situation and your feelings.
