Hoarding disorder is the excessive saving of objects and difficulty parting with them to a point that interferes with one's ability to properly use rooms and furnishings in the home. Hoarding can become dangerous, sometimes resulting in structural problems and fires, or in hazardous sanitary conditions. Studies indicate that around one in every 25 people suffers from hoarding. This means that almost all of us know someone who hoards. Hoarding: What Everyone Needs to Know demystifies this complex problem, what it looks like and why it may develop, and how it can be treated. With their combined expertise in psychological treatments for hoarding and community interventions, Drs. Steketee and Bratiotis explain how to understand hoarding as a mental illness, describing the disorder in layman's terms and explaining the various facets and manifestations of the behavior. Chapters focus on one or more common questions regarding diagnosis, features, how to assess severity, and treatment. The book will dispel myths and help readers identify hoarding that touches their own lives. As such it will be of great value not only to those who suspect a loved one may be hoarding, but also to first responders, such as firefighters, public health officials, and housing and social service personnel, who will find here an essential resource for use in the field.Binding Type: Paperback

Easy to use.
Works well. Light is bright. Our new patio umbrella does not have e a center pole, so the lights get somewhat blocked. But still pretty useful.

Easy portability & Strong umbrella support
Size: 19inch
Its exactly as advertized!
Pros:
• rolls well
• medium sized (not a tripping hazard & corner fit under the edge of all my furniture)
• holds tall (through center of table) umbrella while open in minor wind with water-filled option.
• multiple size umbrella pole insert included
• Clear instructions.
• easy to use brakes (on 2 wheels for security...4 wheels would be annoying to use every day)
Cons:
• will still roll with brakes on with a little force when I'm being lazy...it should not be this easy (I usually have a corner of the stand tucked under a piece of furniture anyways)
• I would call this "light heavy duty" rather than "sturdy heavy duty" with water-filled option. I'd imagine sand + water as suggested would actually be heavy duty.
• re-design suggestion: base of umbrella could extend down below the water tank for sturdier hold, but this is the best I've found.

Good buy
Size: 19inch
Filing it with sand (50 lbs) was a very slow process, but I got it done. The wheels are very convenient for moving the umbrella around, and the wheel locks seems to work well. So far I'm quite satisfied with the base.

Great product
Size: 19inch
Excellent quality! Highly recommend. I love that you can wheel it around to other areas and the wheels lock in place.

Good umbrella stand
Size: 21inch
Works really well. I filled it with water and it works great. The wheels worked great on the pool deck. The umbrella stands upright even in the wind here in Florida. Worth the price. Multiple pole size inserts. 2 pole security screws.
