Your BeltStripes Custom Design Program Membership includes:

-  Professional Design Services for Unlimited Custom Full Color BeltStripes Designs for one year from the date of purchase.    

- A Personalized Ordering Page on our website that allows you to view and order all of your custom stripes. (Your ordering page will still be available even after the one year time period expires for no additional fee!)

- Unlimited FREE revisions to any of the custom BeltStripes designs we create for you for one year from the date of purchase.

- Bulk Rate Savings will be automatically built into your ordering pages for all custom BeltStripes you create.. You will receive discounts on orders of 25 sheets or more.

- Special offers and discounts exclusively for BeltStripes members.

The Design Process: (3 simple steps)

1.  After processing payment to become a member of our Custom Design Program and submitting a Custom Design Form, our team will review your request along with any logos or artwork you submitted and will begin working on your new Stripes.

2. Within 3 to 5 days, you will receive an email that includes proofs of your new custom BeltStripes Designs.  At this time you can approve the proofs or provide any changes or corrections you would like us to make.

3. After we receive your approval for the new designs,  we will create a website ordering page that includes all of your custom BeltStripes.  Our team will send you an email informing you that your page is up and running and ready for you to place your first order.

 Ordering Additional Custom BeltStripes Designs:

At any time during your one year membership, all you have to do is fill out and submit a new Custom BeltStripes Design Form and we will get started on your new designs right away.  We will provide you with a new set of proofs to review and will add the approved designs to your custom ordering web page.

Making Revisions to Existing BeltStripes:

If you would like to make a change or revision to any of the custom BeltStripes designs currently displayed on your ordering page, please send us a message describing the changes you would like to make.  You can email us at: [email protected] or use the contact form on our website.  

Additional notes and disclaimers:

This service does not include logo design.  If you would like to include your logo on a custom BeltStripes design, you must provide us with a high-resolution (300 dpi+) logo file.  If you do not have a high resolution version of your logo, we will work with the artwork you have provided, but cannot guarantee that your BeltStripes will print as expected.

Each purchase only applies to a single martial arts academy or program. Our BeltStripes Custom Design Program is non-transferable.

BeltStripes reserves the right to refuse to design, print or display, anything that we identify as offensive or inappropriate.
