Buddha Shakyamuni is the 4th and current Buddha of this Fortunate Aeon. The Indian prince Gautama Siddhartha, reached enlightenment (and thus became a buddha) in the sixth century B.C. under the Bodhi tree in Bodhgaya India. Buddha Shakyamuni taught the path of enlightenment that is followed by millions all over the world.

Avalokiteshvara, also known as Chenrezig, means "Lord who looks upon beings with eyes of great compassion". The palm of each of his 1000 hands has an eye to see the sufferings of human beings and to illuminate all beings with the light of wisdom, thus enabling us to accomplish our goals successfully. Good use of vertical space. It feels very secure and sturdy once mounted. It comes with everything you need, there’s a label for every spice and variation of that spice you can think of (different labels for the same spice but whole vs ground) and plenty of jars, with a few extra. Very well thought out. The tops were also standard enough to fit some of my existing spice jars so I didn’t even need to transfer those ones I just swapped lids and/or added a label. I previously had a different pull out spice rack with two flat shelves but it was a pain to find a specific spice without moving some out of the way, and it held maybe half as many jars as this one. This is an easy organization project that will free up a ton of horizontal cabinet space and makes finding spices while cooking significantly easier. If you do want to use your existing jars, make sure they have a flat side, as cylinder shaped jars roll around a bit when you slide it out. I just transferred my spices with round jars into the provided jars so wasn’t an issue for me! Really great value, especially considering how much the kit comes with!

I am so, so sad these iSpecle Pull Out Spice Racks did not fit in my kitchen cabinets. I thought I had checked, but the most my cabinets can take with the nonadjustable shelves is 9", and these are a little over 9.5" tall at the metal rack side. They may not fit where I intended to use them, but they appear to be good quality and really help with organization. They look nice and slide in and out well, so I fully intend to find another way to use them. Maybe under the bathroom sink where smaller items also like to cluster.
