HOW TO USE
As toner: Saturate cotton pad with an appropriate amount of toner and gently swipe over skin along the skin texture. Avoid eye and lip areas. Pat gently to aid absorption.
As cleansing water: Dilute two caps of toner into 500ml of water when cleansing. Pat dry.
