These rubber wood chopping boards are finished with food grade mineral oil (Danish Oil). They are not dishwasher safe and should not be left immersed in water. They also benefit from being re-oiled from time to time.
Please note that Picard's tea cup is NOT included, unfortunately you will have to supply your own!
