2. 고혈압 : 이 약으로서 1일 25-50mg을 1-2회 분할 투여한다. 다만, 악성고혈압의 경우에는 보통 다른 혈압강하제와 병용투여한다
3. 월경전긴장증 : 이 약으로서 1회 25-50mg 1일 1-2회 투여한다.
