Recommended dose:
For intensive treatment, adults should take 2 capsules per day: 1 capsule of
500mg Mastika with water or juice 30min before breakfast and 1 capsule in
the evening (before bed and on an empty stomach).
For preventive treatment adults should take 1 capsule per day: 1 capsule of
500mg Mastika with water or juice 30min before breakfast.
The duration of the treatment is 3 months!
Pregnant or nursing women, children and individuals with a known medical
condition should consult a physician before using this dietary supplement.
Food supplements should not be a substitute for a healthy diet. Keep the product

Book arrived damaged. I ordered a new copy so it should have had no damage. The book is required for class so I don’t have the time to return it but you’d be better off buying it used from someone else and save some money.
