On its own, porcelain is both beautiful and durable, but the additional vitreous china coating creates an even more impervious and sanitary surface. It measures 15-3/4 in. x 15-3/4 in. x 4-3/4 in. The R9-7001-BN is a tall, vessel-style faucet soundly constructed of premium-quality, solid brass components. Its design is cylindrical with a brushed nickel finish and matching baseplate. Water temperature and pressure is controlled by the rod-style, swivel handle. Ceramic disc cartridges assure dependability. Poor quality control… Received a used pair

The shoes that were delivered showed signs of wear. Not sure if this was a used pair or a display pair but this should have been caught from the beginning. I would normally return them, but will be out of the country for the next month and don’t have the time. Unacceptable quality control from the official cole haan store front.
