The "Le Rouet" Fruit and Vegetable Peeler is a commercial grade fruit and vegetable peeling machine, producing large quantities of attractively sliced fruits and vegetables in a variety of cutting styles.

This durable turner can slice potatoes, carrots, turnips, zucchinis, cucumbers, pumpkins, onions and even cabbages with remarkable ease.

Ever since Jean Bron made the first mandoline in 1946 from stainless steel instead of its usual wood, the Bron brand has been innovative in creating vegetable cutting tools. After being acquired in 1975 by Andre Coucke it became known as Bron-Coucke. In 2017 Bron-Couke was again bought, this time by Tellier and is now within the same group that includes the Gobel brand. Thankfully Bron-Couke products are still manufactured by Tellier and continues to be a leading manufacturer of vegetable cutting tools in all its forms.
