Water is the main constituent of kapha, and this bodily water is responsible physiologically for biological strength and a natural tissue resistance in the body. Kapha lubricate the joints, provides moisture to the skin, helps to heal wounds, fills the space in the body, gives biological strength, vigor and stability, supports memory retention, gives energy to the heart and lungs and maintains immunity.
Ingredients:
- Tulsi
- Cardamom
- Ginger
- Clove
- Black Pepper
- Fennel Seed
- Orange Peel
- Turmeric
- Lemongrass
- Licorice
- Stevia Leaves and Green Tea
How to use:
- Put 1 teaspoon (2 gram) of Tea in a cup. Pour boiling water into the cup. Cover the cup and let it steep for three to four minutes. Strain and serve. Preferred without milk.
