For the last twelve years, The Pheromoans have occupied their own peculiar niche in the UK's DIY music scene. County Lines is their fifth full-length and takes in each aspect of their past sonically, providing a wry tonic for today's heady exhaustion. More of life's banalities and stale daydreams are given a good airing in Russel Walker's lyrics. Delivered with the usual droll lethargy, he's a septic entertainer par excellence who teases out just enough of the very real horror of the UK's current predicament to keep his aggrievements charming. At times - see "Troll Attack" - it's a crushing lament. County Lines weaves Walker in and out of meandering guitars and crude drum machines that waltz and tumble with live drums. Brittle synths light the way to the album's aggravated sections, which ever so gently hark back to the group's earliest recordings. The penultimate piece, "Ultra Skies", offers the clearest trace of The Pheromoans' past. The frenzy edges us into a reverberating trance, pulling a sucker punch like an inconclusive nightmare. These socks are wonderful!
I was wanting toeless socks to wear at night when I sleep. I put moisturizer on my feet before I go to sleep and wanted socks to hold in the moisturizer. But, I cannot stand having a sock that covers my whole foot. So, I thought, gee, I wonder if they make socks that do not have toes? Well, I found some that have a gel pad, got those, and hated them. They felt awful and I couldn't sleep with them on. Finally, though, I came across these socks -- no gel pad, no toes. They are wonderful. They have enough hold to stay on my feet all night, but are very comfortable. In fact, when I get them on my feet, I forget they are even there. They are soft and well-made and have really cute colors/patterns. I understand that they are probably for exercise/yoga/pilates classes, but I find them perfect for my needs. I love them!

GENIUS IDEA !❤
I'm a nurse and on my feet for 10 hours a day. I wear nursing clogs but really don't like to wear socks. I feel like they smother my feet. These allowed me to wear socks but have my toes free and it feels wonderful!

Perfect for Dry Heels
I'm at the house all day and run around without shoes on, so these fit my needs perfectly. I bought these socks because I'm applying lotion to my dry heels and wanted to cover them up afterwards. At the same time, I didn't want to cover up my toes because that's a good way to get toenail fungus.
The quality is good, and I like that these socks aren't real thick or too thin. They seem like they'll hold up well.
