Farmed organically using no-till practices on steep, decomposed shale slopes just south of Geyserville, the Nervo Heritage is a wine of both perfume and power. A complex field blend based on Zinfandel, the second-most prevalent here is the peppery, violet-scented Negrette, followed by Grenache, Trousseau Noir, Alicante Bouschet, and Petite Sirah. Deeply colored, the wine shows notes of blackberry, cracked black pepper, and a touch of complexing herbs—almost like a drop of Peychaud’s bitters. Among Nervo vintages, this one is notably more approachable in its youth. "The 2024 Nervo Ranch Heritage Wine is an incredibly distinctive wine, largely because of the complexity of a field blend that includes 17 varieties. Protection with days of white residue

Mineral sunscreens have yet to master blending in and this is no different. If you're thinking of hitting the beach with your sexy bum protected it'd better be a ghost beach because you'll look like you've been dipped in white paint. Oh, and it doesn't wash off, so be prepared to look like Casper for days to come.
It rolls on fine if you shake it well first and it does protect.
