The Rat BMP-7 ELISA kit is a sandwich enzyme immunoassay. The microtiter plate provided in this kit has been pre-coated with an antibody specific to Rat BMP7. Standards or samples are added to the appropriate microtiter plate wells then with a biotin-conjugated antibody specific to Rat BMP7. Next, Avidin conjugated to Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) is added to each microplate well and incubated. After TMB substrate solution is added, only those wells that contain Rat BMP7, biotin-conjugated antibody and enzyme-conjugated Avidin will exhibit a change in color. The enzyme-substrate reaction is terminated by the addition of sulphuric acid solution and the color change is measured spectrophotometrically at a wavelength of 450nm ± 10nm. The concentration of Rat BMP7 in the samples is then determined by comparing the OD of the samples to the standard curve.

I've ordered 8 of these Button-down collared, long sleeved Oxford shirts in eight different colors. I'm 6', weigh 195. And have a 44" chest and fairly broad shoulders. There is no smell when receiving the shirts. No more so than buying a shirt at a retail store. They do come in a vacuum bag. The shirts are a little heavier than a poplin shirt and can be worn year-round. These are great casual shirts for jeans and a sport coat, or slacks. I like the quality and the colors. I also like the thickness of the shirts. All of the shirts I've bought, black, blue, etc, have white buttons. Which makes them more of a casual shirt. But well worth the price.
