HOW TO USE:
STEP 1: FILL + ADD VOLUME
Start by applying DIPBROW Gel at the arch, working towards the tail. Then with remaining product on the brush, apply through the front of the brow. Let it set for 20 seconds.
STEP 2: DEFINE + DETAIL
Add definition and detail to sparse areas of the brow using Brow Definer. Blend as you go using the spoolie brush.
STEP 3: FINISH
Finish by applying Mini Clear Brow Gel through the brow in short, upward motions.
