Such a great pillow I’m buying another one! You can add or subtract stuffing to your liking. It’s really nice quality, quilted and soft. Best pillow ever. Super comfy and great sleep. This pillow is so good! Perfect firmness and enough support. It’s very comfortable and does help with sleep especially on hot nights! The cooling gel does a great job of keeping the pillow cooler. It’s a good size pillow for a twin bed. I also like that it can be very compact when taking with you, the memory foam compresses very easily and fluffs back up quickly, so it’s very adjustable.
