The objective for researching the Marcantel family was to collect oral and pictorial history before it is lost forever and provide an interesting book of not only their genealogy but a personal pictorial history of their lives. The book includes a biography on Sosthene Marcantel, father of Ozema, the Marcantel forefathers, and each family member and a pedigree chart of their ancestors along with a collection of more than 300 restored family photos. Some photos were taken as early as 1900. This version of the hardback book contains a higher quality paper with higher resolution photos. The photos in the newsprint paperback book are grainier.
