Yamuna® Body Rolling Sea Green Balls

As the smallest and firmest balls in the YBR® lineup, these are recommended for experienced practitioners, as prior knowledge of the Yamuna method is advised to prevent injury.
Note: These balls are the same size as the advanced blue balls but provide a harder surface for deeper muscle release. Prior experience with the Yamuna method is required to use them effectively.
