The mouthfeel is elegant, fresh and delightful featuring savory, precise red fruits that cuts through the center of the palate helping give it balance and a tender finish. This is a delicious wine to serve at cellar temperature with a slight chill and feel free to serve it up with chicken mole coloradito, raspberry glazed grilled shrimp tacos or a Greek slow roasted lamb.
