Utility & Installation Notes

Natural gas 7" W.C. inlet pressure required (11" W.C. for LP models—contact us for conversion kits).
If using a flex-hose, internal diameter must be ¾" or larger and comply with ANSI Z 21.69.
Install under a properly ventilated commercial hood; zero side clearance to non-combustibles.
6" legs supplied as standard; casters available at additional cost.

Important: Oversized cookware (12" dia. or larger) should be used on rear burners only. Do not cover charbroiler or griddle sections with sheet pans during cleaning—excessive heat can damage components and void warranty.
