The MultiLux LED is a top-tier, energy-efficient lighting solution designed for your JUWEL aquarium. You can completely upgrade the old T5 lighting systems with the NEW MultiLux LED units. Featuring interchangeable DAY and NATURE LED tubes, this lighting provides an ideal spectrum for both aquatic plants and fish, while reducing energy consumption by up to 50% compared to T5 lighting systems. Please note that T5 bulbs are incompatible with these NEW LED units, and LED bulbs cannot be used in the OLD T5 fixtures. Both LED bulbs need to be installed in the unit for it to function properly; it will not operate with only one tube. The 31 Watt MultiLux LED 150 cm is suitable for Rio 400/450 & Vision 450 aquariums.

Sleep Well!
I ordered the 5 mg tablets by accident (meant to order 2.5), but decided not to send them back. I am glad I kept them, because the 5 mg seems to work more effectively for me than the 2.5mg did. I don't need to use them every night anymore, and think it may be that I am generally sleeping better than I did before beginning the 5 mg dosage. As we age, our bodies don't produce as much melatonin on their own, and I have found that the Source Naturals peppermint melatonin works best for me. The melatonin doesn't keep me asleep, but seems to help me fall asleep and sleep more peacefully once I am asleep. It is a natural, non-addicting supplement, and I would much rather use something natural than something narcotic or habit forming. I place one tablet under my tongue at bedtime and let it slowly dissolve. It takes about 10 minutes to dissolve, and usually I am almost asleep by the time it has vanished. A good night’s sleep makes for a happy and productive day following.
