Introduction of Use
Add 1 dessert spoon of Rakaf into 1 glasses of boiled chlorine-free water (150-200ml) and boil (10 minutes) on low heat with lid. Strain the herb while it is hot.

Consume 1 time a day, 2 hours after dinner.

It is recommended not to add sugar, honey or similar additives.

It needs to be prepared fresh each time.
