In marriage, yes, we serve and love each other first, as is right, but if our marriage is only for us, then I believe we aren't using it the way God intended. I love Francis and Lisa Chan and this is a great book - not on how to have a great marriage, but how to view marriage in light of eternity and fuel us towards gospel-driven, God-honoring mission. We have only been married two years, but I see now that God is calling us to more, and we want to honor God in all that we do. I will recommend this book to others, but only once I finish the book. I'll update later with a more comprehensive review.
