Ensure Seamless Power Redundancy for Your Critical IT Equipment

The APC NetShelter Rack Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) is a high-availability switch that provides redundant power to single-corded equipment. This 1U rack-mountable ATS ensures your critical loads receive continuous power from one of two independent AC sources. If the primary power source becomes unavailable, the AP4423A automatically transfers power to the secondary source seamlessly, with a transfer time of less than 10ms, ensuring your connected equipment continues to operate without interruption.

Key Features and Benefits

  • Dual Input Power Cords: Enhances uptime for critical loads by providing power redundancy.
  • Seamless Switching: With a transfer time of under 10ms, the switch between power sources is invisible to the connected equipment.
  • Remote Management: Offers robust remote management capabilities via Web UI, CLI, SNMP, or EcoStruxure IT, allowing you to manage the ATS from anywhere.
  • Field-replaceable Network Management Card (NMC): Minimizes downtime with a field-replaceable NMC for enhanced serviceability.
  • Environmental Monitoring: Efficiently monitor temperature and humidity to ensure optimal operating conditions for your IT equipment.

Designed for Reliability and Performance

The APC AP4423A is a single-phase, 1U Rack ATS with a 16A rated current and 230V rated voltage, delivering a load capacity of 3700VA. It features two IEC C20 inlets and provides power to a variety of devices with its eight IEC C13 and one IEC C19 outlets. This fifth-generation ATS is upgraded with an APC NMC3 for enhanced security and network port sharing. Users can access and configure the Rack ATS through a secure Web UI, SNMP, and CLI, and it is fully compatible with EcoStruxure IT.

Answers Many Questions about Naval Developments
Format: Hardcover
The history offers a detailed and well organized account of the Royal Navy as it transitioned from sail to steam. Coverage included personalities, technology, tactics and strategy. The combination provided a complete appreciation of the dynamics at play, some unexpectedly. The details might be a bit much for a casual reader but offered plenty of avenues for research not available or compiled in one source. I look forward to the final volume, which should describe another watershed era.

Great Book with a different perspective
Format: Hardcover
This will be a short review of a very long book. I ordered the book expecting more of a history of the British Navy, but this is more of a history of Britain with respect to its navy. It is still excellent and authoritative, just different than I expected. I really appreciate a somewhat different perspective than I have found in some other books. For example, any discussion of Jackie Fisher I have read previously seemed to border on the hagiographic, whereas here he seems to get a very evenhanded appraisal. A great book, highly recommended.
