Matt Elliott emerges shyly from the shadows of Third Eye Foundation alias to celebrate the drowning of sorrows rather than the exuberant pissing away of our leisure hours, Introspective and alone, breathing in the fumes of some neglected cellar, his drinking songs withdraw themselves not simply from polite society but from all society. How else can one dream or contemplate what might have been? Opener 'CF Bundy' has a woozy charm. Evenly paced and alive with the strumming of acoustic guitars, it sets the mood for what is to come. Evoking the regrets and indiscretions of a bygone age, one grown sick and enfeebled by fantasies, 'Trying To Explain', 'The Guilty Party' and 'What's Wrong' would all seem to be taking place in a world teetering on the edge of some great fall or cataclysm. 'What The Fuck Am I Doing On This Battlefield?' and 'A Waste of Blood' are both moments of rude awakening. As a coda and extended finale, the 20 minute 'The Maid We Messed' sees Elliott returning to the wordplay and hypervelocity breaks of his Third Eye Foundation recordings. Rugged Watch at Good Price

I originally wanted a G-Shock but I have a small wrist and G-Shocks come with cases that are too big for my 6.1 inch wrist. An alternative? I bought the Timex Ironman. It has a rugged look and many of the features of a G-Shock but at a lower price. Small wrist? Or don't want to spend the money for a G-Shock? This is your best bet.

I am a Big Fan of TIMEX and I own several models, this one is my all time favorite. I've ordered it with so much excitement, but received an opened package, opened box, that was torn and destroyed, my Timex hanging out of the box!!!!!!!!!! COME ON People - We are paying our sweat money for this, at least deliver it with respect!
The watch is a work of art and I love it! It's a good value for money, great in size, fits right on your wrist, feels so good, looks so cool and is super accurate! So, Thank you TIMEX !

Simple and reliable

I love the simplicity and reliability of this watch. It has only a handful of features, but they're all easy to figure out and use. The display is quite readable as well, under just about any conditions. This is an example of good design that doesn't try to do too much. What it does do, it does well. Good price too! These watches are durable and will last a long time. Battery changes are easy too.

Beautifully simple

My son has worn a smaller version of this watch for a few years. After trying a different brand lately, which broke way too easily, I found this one on Amazon listed as "Used - Very Good" condition. I received what appeared to be simply an open box item, otherwise it looked brand new.
This watch fits me really well, and is not clumsy on my wrist, it does not get in the way of everyday motions. For me, it's just the right size. It is also pretty intuitive to use and set the alarms, etc. It has 3 alarms, each with a different sound. It can be worn in the shower without issue, I have not tried a swimming pool, though. It feels tough and durable, as my son's has proven to be. I'm very happy with this purchase.
*** Update: I spent considerable time in swimming pools recently while wearing the watch. It's still as good as when I opened it. Still 5 stars.
*** Update 2: a year-and-a-half of wearing, and it is performing really well! All the buttons and words on the watch are still in very good shape and easy to read. I wear this every single day. I don't put it through the wringer every day. But, I did spend a full week sailing and snorkeling last summer in salt water with hours each day in the water. It still looks and works the same as the day I bought it.
