No matter what skin type you are, you should have this in your lineup. I have larger pores - so sebaceous filaments & clogging. On top of the oiliness of my skin, I have more oily hair as well. So it’s not easy to find products that meet all of my needs or are universal - it’s usually an “either or” situation. & I end up buying things for my drier days as well as products for my oily days instead of just one set of products. This is one that work well no matter what. There’s more than you’d expect based on the photos - the bottle is bigger. A little goes a long way. It’s very gentle. Great for barrier repair. Great for redness/irritation. A little goes a long way, but it can also be used more than once without being overwhelming. It’s great as a base for other serums/moisturizers, morning or night. It feels really good - clean & light (but not “light” as in ineffective, it still pulls its weight). Must have for anyone looking for trendy Korean glass-skin skincare - she’s one that will get you there without needing to invest in random “viral” products.

Totally worth it!!
So I have combination skin with a tendency toward closed comedones and I decided to try this product because I heard that azelaic acid helps with closed comedones. Honestly, I didn’t have very high expectations because my closed comedones have been very stubborn. I was already using the COSRX BHA before introducing this product, but it worked very slowly, so I wasn’t really getting the results I wanted from that product alone. Let me tell you that once I introduced this product, I finally started seeing the results I was looking for. I have noticed that my closed comedones have been resolving way faster than when I was only using the BHA and my skin also feels softer and overall looks healthier. I also want to mention that even though I don’t get inflamed breakouts very often, when I do get one, I feel like this product helps it calm down and go away much faster. I did start incorporating it slowly, and I highly recommend that anyone who wants to start using this product do the same and not rush into using it every day right away. Despite that, I personally haven’t had any issues with irritation at all and I actually find it very soothing, but you always need to be careful when adding new actives to your routine. I am currently using this product 4-5 days a week, once a day, and on the days I do not use it, I use my BHA instead. I also find that this product lasts a long time, since you only need like five drops for the entire face and the consistency is very watery. I’ve been using it for around two months, and there is still plenty left. Overall, I really recommend this product because it has helped me a lot, and while I am not sure if this alone would be enough to treat closed comedones, I would definitely say it is a great complement to other treatments.
