Easy To Operate

You might think that using an all-in-one espresso machine is a chore, but you will be pleasantly surpised at how simple it is to brew excellent espresso. The La Pavoni Napolitana requires minimal user input to grind and brew espresso. On the front, you will notice four controls: a click button for power, one to brew espresso, one to heat to steaming temperature, and a knob to open the steam valve. To grind your coffee, simply place the commercial-type portafilter beneath the grinder chute and a micro-switch will automatically turn on the grinder and shut it off when are finished. A lift-style tamper is conveniently mounted to the Napolitana for easy packing of the espresso powder. Beyond that, all you have to do is remember to refill the large 100-ounce removeable water tank, though you may not have to do it all that often.

The La Pavoni Napolitana espresso machine is not only beautiful but built to last. The entire body is made of 18/8 stainless steel then polished to a gloss finish. Conical burr grinders offer consistency at every grind setting, and the Napolitana's also spins more slowly to keep intact the precious aroma of your espresso roast. As an added bonus, La Pavoni has equipped the Napolitana with stepless grind adjustments to give you the ultimate control over the fineness of the coffee grind. Rather than jumping from each numbered setting, you simply turn the adjustment knob to gradually increase or decrease the fineness.

Commercial-Grade Brew Group And Portafilter

La Pavoni built the Napolitana the right way, with heavy duty marine grade brass. Both the 4-ounce boiler and the 57 mm portafilter and brew group are made of this fantastic metal that is also found in expensive commercial espresso machines. Brass is not only corrosion resistant but is also an excellent conductor of heat. This heavy-duty construction helps fight the battle against dreaded heat loss that reduces the crema in your espresso. The all brass brew group conducts heat from the boiler and transfers it to the portafilter for maximum heat retention. You will not see any of the brass on the outside, however. It has all been chrome plated for even greater durability to match its high gloss polish.

Milk Frothing And Steaming

The La Pavoni Napolitana simplifies the milk frothing process with a special chrome attachment to its steam wand. This easily removeable part assists with milk frothing by drawing additional air into the milk using a "breather" hole. Warranty And Support

Any damage resulting from abuse, misuse, mishandling, lack of maintenance, or catastrophe will not be covered. This includes damage to the boiler heating element, which only happens when a user does not ensure the boiler is fully charged with water upon startup or after steaming.
