Ingredients

Medicinal Ingredients: Each 14 g Tablespoon Contains:
13.625 g C.S. Oil, containing 55.9% (w/w) Linoleic acid; 19.7% (w/w) alpha-Linolenic acid; 2.8% (w/w) gamma-Linolenic acid; and 12.1 % (w/w) Oleic acid 0.24 g Saccharomyces cerevisiae (Nutritional Yeast)

Suggested Usage

DOSAGE / DIRECTIONS: 2 tablespoons daily as a food supplement. May be used alone or combined with MM's Seed oil gel caps for additional fortification on high stress days. 

1 Tbsp of Oil is equivalent to approximately 3 of the Gelcaps .

Keep refrigerated after opening. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants such as monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) do not use. May cause migraine headaches in sensitive individuals. If you are allergic to yeast containing products do not use.
