Comprised primarily of Friulano with dollops of Pinot Bianco, Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, Muscat and “maybe some Ribolla Gialla,” this is a nuanced, flavorful and food-friendly white. On the nose and palate, you'll notice notes of pear, citrus, almond, and kaffir lime with a hint of flintiness and balanced acidity. Drink it with just about anything including sushi, grilled vegetables, chicken, and all sorts of seafood dishes. Only two barrels made, so very limited.
