The underripe green peppers are crisp slightly bitter with the traditional grassy undertone, while the fully ripened red is sweet, fruity, and tender. Best if grown in full sun and rich, moist, acidic well

MAINTENANCE NEEDS: Low Maintenance. Water Regularly with 1-2 inches of water per week. Do not transplant deeper than previously grown. Blight, mildew, leaf spot, and mosaic virus can be issues, especially if soil is too moist or there's not good air circulation. Aphids, borers, beetles, and cutworms can be occasional issues.
