Pre-Echo Press present Beast, a new project and moniker from acclaimed sound/visual artist, Koen Holtkamp (Mountains). A somewhat radical departure from Holtkamp's previous working modes - where sound has typically been treated as an edifice to be sculpted - the works here are far more concerned with the generative possibilities of rhythm. The pieces on Beast developed out of Holtkamp's creation in 2016 of an audio-visual performance that centers on the physical properties of light via 3D laser projections. Rather than simply make a visual element for a piece of music (or vice-versa), Holtkamp created a system that intricately links every aspect of the performance, from the modular synth and virtual instruments to the constantly shifting projections of his "Color Phase" light installations. As form follows function, the sounds created here are by necessity more immediate, more off the cuff, more pattern oriented, and explore a much further range of dynamics than the somewhat amorphous (yet still gorgeous) work. The work harkens back to "Process Music" of the 1970s, being simultaneously minimal and maximal (think Jon Gibson), as well as the lush pop-minimalism of early 1980s (think Soft Verdict), all the while remaining thrillingly contemporary. Beast Vol. 1 (PREECHO 007LP) was recorded in real time and is presented with minimal edits to divide it into three pieces. It is the slightly rawer and more abandoned of the two volumes. Beast Vol. 2 is a more "in studio" version, and as such, retains a more palpable air of elegance while still remaining a side of the same coin.

Compatible for 2018 Honda CR-V
This is a compatible fitment, as described in the listing, for our 2018 Honda CR-V. It was accurately described online. It seems to be comparable quality to the ones I took out to replace these. If I recall, they had been just as good as the stock ones when I put those in. I would say these are just as good as OEM & they feel very well made & durable. I consider them a good value for how much I saved by installing these myself & not paying a dealership. I highly recommend this

Save money with this filter bundle!
The main reason you should get this Cabin Air Filter with an Engine filter, is the value. You get both filters for the price of one. To install, it will vary of difficulty in reaching the filter compartments, so for a Civic, is just open the glove compartment and two tabs behind it, and that's it. The engine one is a little bit trickier with two metal tabs, but easy as well.
As for quality, time will tell, but at first glance and overview, it looks of decent to good quality. So nothing bad to write about it. The cabin filter fit as expected. I haven't change the engine filter.

Good fit for CRV!
This cabin and engine air filter combo fits my 2018 CRV without any issues. I like the fact that they sell these together so that you are encouraged to replace them both at the same time. The carbon filter is a nice extra too! I’m interested to see its effectiveness compared to a normal filter. Both filters came nicely packaged together with clear instructions on how to install them. It probably took me 10min to replace both of these filters. I can’t recommend these filters enough!!

Good filters. Good value!
I ordered this Uselection brand Cabin + Engine air filter set for my 2017 Honda CR-V 1.5L vehicle. These filters are sturdy and well-constructed. The cabin air filter contains activated carbon to absorb odors and isn't thin and flimsy like other brands. Both filters fit and seal very well. This is a convenient and economical 2-filter set, as both filters get replaced at basically the same one-year interval. I recommend this filter set.
