Le jeu de cartes multijoueur officiel Binding of Isaac, avec sacrifice, trahison et accumulation de loot. Le jeu reprend l'univers du jeu vidéo développé par Edmund McMillen en 2011.

Après avoir choisi un personnages de départ, le but est de récolter 4 âmes, avec l'aide de pièces et objets divers. Pour ce faire, il faudra éliminer les monstres et les boss rencontrés en s'alliant aux autres joueurs, ou bien en leur mettant des bâtons dans les roues pour les empêcher de gagner.

Un grand nombre de cartes (monstres, trésors, butins...) permet un nombre incalculable de possibilités, ce qui donne au jeu une très forte rejouabilité.
