Made from 100% blue Weber agave, Tres Generaciones Añejo Tequila undergoes a meticulous production process that starts with the careful selection and harvesting of mature agave plants. The agave hearts, or piñas, are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, extracting their sweet nectar.
After fermentation, the tequila is aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year, allowing it to develop its distinctive character. During this aging process, the spirit takes on a beautiful amber hue, while flavors from the oak infuse into the tequila.
