Vinyl LP pressing. 2014 release, the fourth solo album from the singer/songwriter best known for his work with Jam band legends Phish. After multiple writing retreats and an album's worth of core tracks in hand, Gordon took a leap of faith, and hired Paul Q. Kolderie (Radiohead, Hole, Pixies, Dinosaur Jr..) as producer to bring the project home. Gordon had self-produced all of his previous albums, but felt he was ready to surrender control to someone who understood his vision and loved the material. Gordon cites three goals that he kept in mind throughout the process from start to finish: Find ways to be raw and sophisticated at the same time; Be groove oriented; Write songs that will be fun to play live. Whether an explicit goal or not, the songs on Overstep evidence Gordon's evolving ability to develop three-dimensional characters within his songs, and to speak more directly to the truth of their condition.

Kept Her Attention Immediately

I bought this for my niece’s little daughter, and she absolutely loved it.
She played with it, looked through it over and over, and was completely engaged with it, which honestly says everything. Keeping a little child’s attention is not always easy, so I was very impressed with how much she enjoyed it.
The quality is excellent too — very vibrant, colorful, durable, and beautifully made. It feels sturdy enough to hold up well with little hands while still being attractive and fun to look at.
Overall, a wonderful purchase and a really great gift for a child.

Fun, Interactive Sound Book for Toddlers
Format: Hardcover
My daughter loves this book and especially enjoys pushing the buttons to hear the animal sounds. We aren’t quite old enough to match the pictures to the buttons yet, but she has so much fun pressing them and mimicking the animal noises, which makes this a great early learning experience.
The bright Eric Carle illustrations are engaging, and the interactive buttons keep little hands busy. A wonderful toddler-friendly sound book that grows with your child and encourages sensory play and language development.

Great Book for Engagement and Following Directions
Format: Hardcover
Great book! I use it to teach animals and following directions, and it keeps the kids engaged. I covered mine with contact paper because it is delicate. The pages are nicely printed with a glossy finish, but they are made of thin paper.
