Pressed on 140-gram vinyl; includes CD. The decade from 1968 to 1978 had a pivotal importance in Italy's 20th-century history. It was a period of deep social and cultural transformation on the wings of the Berkeley youth protests and the May 1968 protests in France, which then developed in different directions due to the moral contradictions of one of the most conspiratorial countries of the western world. Years of high-tension events - beginning with the tragic massacre of Piazza Fontana and ending with the infamous kidnapping and murder of Aldo Moro - were reflected in every aspect of society and culture. A palpable tension could be felt both sonically and visually. The soundtrack of this whole world was written in real time by a bunch of enterprising composers, right in the middle of a session for some magical Italian soundtrack or even an appearance alongside the RAI Orchestra (owned by Italy's national broadcasting company), who made little money while recording some instant albums for the most sought-after publishers of libraries. Sonic pictures of the heyday of Italian society, truly distinct from the music made by French, English, or German composers in their respective countries. The sound coming from the Italian television was as sharp as a razor blade and tasted just like lead and tear gas, with howling fuzz guitar and heavy drums to set the tumultuous scene of a society on the verge of implosion. Daniela Casa, Remigio Ducros, Alessandro Alessandroni, Stelvio Cipriani, Enzo Scoppa, Amedeo Tommasi, Franco Tamponi, and the other composers acted as drastic audio reporters as well as incredible musicians. They were able to describe in just few minutes the climax that surrounded them, using their classical heritage and training with hints of the avant-garde, along with the boost of psych-rock, jazz, funk, and whatever other popular musical innovation came their way. Urged to be minimalistic and not so original - the quintessence of the library dictum - the Italian composers answered instead with an experimental vocation pushed by that same need for renewal, stimulating the entire nation in those crazy and marvelous years. Released alongside Criminale Vol. 3 - Colpo Gobbo (PNY 4510 LP). Strong with high rim, makes for a great disposable plate

I really like these paper plates because the rim is so high. It’s definitely higher than many other plates that I’ve encountered. This helps food stay on the plate, no matter who is using it. The plates are super sturdy too. I can put heavy, wet foods on it (like a can of dog food) and hold it with one hand without it buckling or collapsing. The paper is thick, which helps add to the sturdy feel. The design is super basic. They are white with a simple design adorning the rim. They look like regular paper plates you might find at the grocery store.. except these are stronger.
I think they’re a great value. I love using paper plates, since I don’t have a dishwasher. I often use them for my dogs wet food. The rim is high enough to keep all of the food on the plate, despite him moving it around a bit.
The plate size is great too. They’re large enough to use as a dinner plate in my household.
I’m happier with thee plates than I expected to be. I’ll take a super functional plate with a plain design over a “pretty” plate that flops in half when you carry food on it. Function over aesthetics for the win.

These disposable paper plates are an absolute lifesaver for family barbecues and large dinner parties. The ten-inch size is incredibly spacious, easily holding a full meal with multiple side dishes without anything spilling over the edges. Sturdy and good quality paper plates

These 140 pack paper plates are exactly what I needed for my family party. The plates are Saturday, heavy duty and easy to handle lager portion of food without bending and leaking. I used them during a family gathering and the plates help up the salad and burger throughout serving lunch.
The 10 inch size of the plates are just perfect for any occasion to serve enough food on them. Also with 140 plates I have enough to go around for several parties and I feel I still have more than enough. I like to used paper plates as the clean up afterwards is much easier also it will much more cost effective in long term.

Strong and durable.

I’m very impressed by these plates. I want to start by saying I use them mostly for my home cooking but these are strong and durable enough to be used at outdoor events and other social gathering. At 10in the plates are big enough to fit the whole meal, and with growing boys it is necessary to feed them full portions for their growing bodies. The design is nice and the plates are thick, there is also a coating on them. I prefer that because I often cook with gravies and sauces and if you want the sauces and juice to remain you need a coated disposable plate. Another positive is that because you can put bigger food portions because of the size, you also need the plates to hold up. These do exactly that. Even with heavy foods the plates remain firm and not flimsy. These are really good paper plates.

These are great for everyday use. The plates are easy to remove from stack. They don’t stick together. The design is the same as shown. The blue and white colors complement each other.
