Six Questions Your Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Camp-Resort Franchise Pitch Deck Must Answer

We built this resort franchise unit proposal in Microsoft PowerPoint using our own deep-dive research into the outdoor hospitality sector. Every slide is pre-populated with data like the $5.4M Year 1 revenue target and the 4-year payback period, making it easy for you to present a credible, data-driven case to your bank or partners. This is a practical tool designed for real-world franchise capital expenditure planning and execution.

Why now, and what urgent local customer need does this franchise unit address?

Families are ditching basic camping for premium outdoor hospitality that offers both luxury and entertainment. This unit fills the gap for high-end, multi-generational getaways within a short drive of major metro hubs, providing a supervised environment for kids and relaxation for adults.

Market Demand

  • High-end glamping demand
  • Multi-generational travel trends
  • Short-drive urban escape need
[dynamic_pic9]

What does this franchise unit offer, and why is its solution meaningfully better than local alternatives?

We provide an all-inclusive resort experience with character-driven programming and massive water zone facilities. Unlike local mom-and-pop campgrounds, our glamping business operations offer consistent, high-touch service and premium amenities that justify higher rates and drive loyalty.

The Competitive Edge

  • Character-driven family programming
  • Luxury water zone facility
  • Proprietary mobile app integration
[dynamic_pic10]

Who buys from this franchise unit, and how big is the local opportunity?

Our target is the 'new camper' demographic and urban families looking for accessible weekend escapes. With a projected $5,400,000 in Year 1 revenue, we are tapping into a massive regional market of over four million residents in nearby metropolitan areas.

Market Metrics

  • 4M+ regional target residents
  • $5.4M Year 1 revenue
  • High-income urban family segment
[dynamic_pic11]

How does this franchise unit make money, and what are the core revenue streams?

Revenue flows from tiered accommodation fees, including $1,800,000 from cabins and $800,000 from glamping pods in the first year. The model is highly efficient, reaching breakeven in just 3 months while maintaining a 3.5% royalty structure and 2% marketing fund contribution.

Financial Performance

  • $1.8M cabin rental revenue
  • 3-month breakeven point
  • 4-year total payback period
[dynamic_pic12]

Who are the main local competitors, and what is this franchise unit's defensible edge?

Main competitors are traditional RV parks and local hotels, but they lack our specific brand intellectual property and integrated family activities. Our defensible edge is the 'Family & Vines' model that balances adult relaxation with supervised kids' fun, creating a unique destination moat.

Market Moat

  • Exclusive brand intellectual property
  • Integrated activity programming
  • Strategic riverside location advantage
[dynamic_pic13]

How much funding is required, and what milestones will that unlock?

We need capital for a $2,000,000 site development and $1,500,000 in cabin construction to launch the first phase. These funds unlock a path to $9,800,000 in annual revenue by Year 5 and a 14.88% return on equity for our investment partners.

Capital Allocation

  • $2M site development fund
  • $1.5M cabin construction phase
  • 14.88% Return on Equity

The perfect casual work pants!
Size: 16, Color: Camel
I love these pants! I used the size chart to order per my measurements and it worked out perfectly. I am 5’5” 180lbs and ordered size 16 in Camel. These are more on the casual side, but with the right styling they could be dressed up. They are soft with a brushed cotton feel. They have just enough stretch to add to comfort, but not so stretchy that they lose their shape or don’t retain initial structure. I wore them for a full work day the required a lot of walking, bending, and squatting. They are just a couple inches longer on me than I’d like, but most cropped/ankle style pants are. I didn’t notice prior to ordering they don’t have a button. No worries - the zipper stays up and makes for a flattering and different look. I plan to order again in a couple different colors. I’m shocked at how good the quality considering I only paid $14 for them.

Very shirt and ugly zipper
Size: 4, Color: Mauve
Way too short and zipper is large and ugly. I'm only 5'3" and these still looked like capris. The zipper was more obvious and unattractive. Style otherwise was cute casual, but overall not OK.

Disappointed
Size: 0, Color: Rust Orange, Size: 0, Color: Rust Orange
I initially loved these pants when I first took them out of the bag and put them on. They fit like a glove and I also loved the capri length. After washing once, the legs of the pants became so loose and baggy. Very disappointed. Also, there is a stain on the leg that became more visible. What on earth happened to these pants??

Comfortable pants, flattering, appear durable, run big, adorable pink color.
Size: 8, Color: Mauve
These pants were surprisingly comfortable and flattering. I got a size US 8, though I normally wear a 10 or 12. An interesting thing to note is that while Amazon's size recommendation was 12, the size 8 was highlighted to add to my basket. The size 8 in the pink was on sale for less than $9, where the size 12 was much more. Reading other reviews, I saw that they ran at least one or two sizes big for a lot of people, so I went ahead and go the size 8 and am glad I did. I am 5'5" and the hit right at the bottom of my ankle when standing and about an inch and a half above my ankle when sitting. The color is really nice; they wash and dry with few wrinkles. The zip only front means that they need to fit well. I ended up ordering the orange rust color in the same size and it was slightly too tight in the waist, so I had to send them back. This pair, however fit perfectly. I am very pleased with them, especially for the price. The material is heavy and they appear to be durable. I am not an apple shape, so I usually do not have an issue with pants being too tight in the waist, and I will say that, I tried these back on the same day I tried the orange ones on and these still fit the same, so there is some difference in cut between colors, but that may or may not apply to all sizes. Really like the pink pair.

Great find!
Size: 4, Color: Black
These are great pants. I have them in black and navy. They have a prewashed appearance and a chino like fabric. I had read the reviews and sized up and the pants were big so I returned them. I bought the 4’a and they fit perfectly! I won’t put them in the dryer because I don’t want them to shrink in length. They are very cute casual pants for a very good price!
