Inspired by all the turtles on logs we see when we are out kayaking. This painted turtle sits on a sunny log until I glide too close and then plop! Into the water he goes.All ornaments are done by hand so no two are “exactly” the same. Your ornament will look very similar to the one pictured.
No trees are ever damaged in the making of our products. Each ornament I make is from a fallen tree limb. Either fallen on my property, or found on one of our hikes through the forest.
The piece is sliced from the branch and sanded in three steps before I wood burn an organic design onto it. Each image is done free hand, so no two are exactly alike. Finished with a water based poly and strung with a brown hemp cord.
Ornament is approximately a 2.5" diameter
Naturally occurring imperfections are present in every piece of wood. Nothing is perfect, but that's the beauty of Nature!

Weird smell

The pillows are great for someone looking for something cool and comfortable. We loved them so much that we bought a second pair. However, we were seriously disappointed with the odor of our last purchase. They give off a strong and indescribable chemical/burning plastic smell so nauseating that it’s difficult to sleep with. We’re hoping this issue will resolve with a couple more washes of the pillow cases, but am worried the source is the stuffing itself.

Comfy pillow

I love this pillow! It comes with extra stuffing so you can get the firmness how you like it. I’m a side sleeper so I need a pillow that is thick enough for me to be able to sleep on my side and this pillow does the job. It is pretty cool. I do get hot when I sleep and I’ve noticed a little bit of a difference. I also think it’s very comfortable to sleep with. Would recommend.

helped treat my sore neck

This pillow — after dialing in the right amount of shredded foam — has greatly helped my sore neck. Initially, I had to remove some foam. Then I gradually added foam until it reached optimum comfort and support.
It is also CPAP-friendly — especially when I position my head near the pillow's edge. (I am a left-side sleeper.)
I like the travel size because I use a bulky hugging pillow to ease stress on my shoulder and elbow. That makes my side of the bed feel cramped if using a larger head pillow. A smaller pillow is easy to flip end-to-end in the middle of the night.
I have spent lots of money on pillows over the years, but this is the best I've ever had for relieving [1] neck pain and [2] CPAP mask seal problems. Very comfortable, supportive, and affordable.
I did not notice any unpleasant smell — and I am usually sensitive to that kind of thing.
Would highly recommend.
