DIRECTIONS:
This product may produce heat upon initial contact with water. To prepare, pre-wet by combining it with double the amount of freshwater, followed by rinsing. For optimal results, PhosGuard should be rinsed before application and positioned to maximize water flow through it without causing it to tumble against itself. It can be utilized in a canister filter, media chamber, box filter, or any area with high flow in a trickle filter. We recommend using a filter bag. Use 85mL (1/3 cup) for every 200 L (50 US gallons) of saltwater or 400L (100 US gallons) of freshwater.
