The DDecks Limited Warranty offers a 10-year decreasing coverage for wood plastic composite decking to the original purchaser, provided the product is registered within 45 days of purchase on D Decks Warranty Registration. It covers material defects and ensures the decking will not crack, splint, delaminate, rot, or suffer structural damage from fungal decay under normal conditions and when installed according to DDecks' guidelines. This warranty does not cover colour variations, accessories, or damage due to improper use or installation. Claims must be made within 30 days of discovering a fault by providing proof of purchase and photographic evidence. DDecks reserves the right to replace the defective product or refund the purchase price on a prorated basis, but will not cover removal or installation costs of the replacement.
