APHANTASIA
SMOKED STOUT AGED IN SCOTTISH WHISKY BARRELS - 12.5%
A full bodied, thick double mashed stout that has been aged for 24 months in Scotch whisky barrels - ⅔ in Islay barrels and ⅓ in Speyside barrels. This gives an immediate hit of smokey, rich whisky notes with a touch of burnt caramel and raisin. Although the peated malt is a dominant character, the smooth velvety texture and deep sweetness also gives notes of coffee, chocolate and cinnamon, with a round soft alcohol finish making it a perfect after dinner drink or lovely winter warmer.
CODING ERROR
BARREL AGED IMPERIAL STOUT WITH CACAO & HAZELNUT - 11.5%
Brewed originally as a collaboration with our friends at Dois Corvos, this rich and thick Imperial stout has a long list of malts to help make up a complex flavour profile filled with sweet, chocolate and caramel notes. The batch was split with some released fresh and the rest aged for nearly 10 months in newly emptied barrels from Thy whisky. The barrels were a mix of PX sherry and bourbon adding more complexity to the beer, in particular the sherry giving a hint of dark fruits with an almost liquorice undertone on top of some hints of vanilla from the bourbon.
WHINE- Barrel Aged Barleywine - 10.5% ABV
This one’s a true labor of love. Aged just over two years in Woodford Reserve barrels, B.A. Whine is our English-style Barleywine collab with ToØl that’s been soaking up all the best bourbon has to offer. Expect a deep caramel sweetness with that unmistakable bourbon warmth, balanced by a hint of hop bitterness that’s held strong through the aging process. Cascade, Amarillo, and Columbus hops bring just enough edge to cut through the richness, making each sip a journey of bold flavors and refined depth. For those who like their beers with character.
OBJECT MAGNITUDE - Barrel Aged Imperial Stout - 11% ABV
This stout doesn’t mess around. Object Magnitude is a blend of 1, 2, and 3-year-aged stouts, mostly from bourbon barrels with a touch of ex-Stauning barrels thrown in for good measure. No extras or gimmicks here—just a pure, bold imperial stout letting those rich barrel flavors do the talking. Expect deep notes of dark chocolate and roasted coffee from the dark malts, perfectly balanced with that unmistakable bourbon warmth. It’s complex, it’s powerful, and it’s made to be savored.
