How To Prepare –

• Soak 250g Chick peas(chana) overnight & pressure cook for 20 minutes.
• Add Salt to taste & 1/2 tablespoon Baking powder,fry 2 chopped onions in 4 tablespoon Ghee/ Edible oil till brown
• Mix 100g Tomatoes, 2 Green chilies & 20g Sahibaa Premium Punjabi Chana Masala.
• Add Boiled peas , keep it on low flame for 5 min

For added Flavours put 1/2 tablespoons of Sahibaa Premium Chaat masala & Kasoori Methi . Your Punjabi Chana is Ready
