The AMPCOM Cat8 Shielded Tool-Free RJ45 Connector is a patented private-mold field-termination plug designed for next-generation high-speed data center and enterprise cabling. Featuring a die-cast zinc-alloy shielded housing for full 360° EMI/RFI suppression and an advanced PCB-based IDC inner structure, it delivers authentic Cat8.1 performance at up to 2000MHz bandwidth and 25GBASE-T / 40GBASE-T over 30m. Its innovative 180° bidirectional tool-free insertion mechanism with fool-proof T568A/B wiring guide eliminates the need for crimping tools—simply insert wires, close the housing, and tighten. Compatible with 22–24 AWG shielded (STP/FTP) Cat7/Cat8 cables, it supports IEEE 802.3bt PoE++ and is ideal for top-of-rack switch-to-server links, storage networking, and high-frequency test environments.
