This guaranteed Rocky® Waterproof public service boot was designed with an EMT in mind. This waterproof boot has tons of features to make it highly effective and safe. The men's public service boot is also bloodborne pathogen resistant. It has an ASTM F2413 electrical hazard standard, which provides secondary protection against accidental electrical contact.

The EMT public service boots' protective toe is made from carbon fiber, and has achieved an ASTM F2413 protective toe classification. In addition, the quality-constructed Rocky® boot has Lenzi puncture-resistant plate, and is made of full-grain leather and CORDURA® nylon.

The people who post videos of the refill soap being "pure water" apparently don't realize the soap also needs the FOAMING soap dispenser in order to turn this soap into foaming soap. God Bless America! Yes, these items almost always leak when shipped, but usually not enough to return the item. The best scents are Lemon, Desert Rose, Peppermint, and Rosewater. I have been using these lightly scented foaming soaps for almost two decades. They clean and rinse beautifully with no residue. Perfect for my OCD. They never dry my hands out in the winter, regardless of how many times I wash. The refill bottles are usually an excellent value when on sale. Highly recommended! This foaming soap specifically needs a foaming soap dispenser. It specifically says that on the back of the package. For those complaining it’s a liquid and stays liquid, perhaps you’re using just a regular pump container.
