Citrine is a beautiful crystal which carries the power of the sun. It is warming, highly creative and energising. Like Selenite, Citrine doesn't need to be cleansed. It is extremely protective of the environment as it can absorb, transmute, dissipate and ground negative energies.
Citrine is also one of the crystals associated with abundance; teaching us how to manifest and attracting wealth, prosperity and success. It is a happy crystal and imparts joy.
Appearance
Clear golden or lemon-yellow crystal which forms in a natural point. It can appear more yellowish brown, which can sometimes occur when it is heat treated.
Which Chakra can I use Citrine on?
Typically used with the Solar Plexus and Sacral Chakras but can be used to activate the Crown Chakra, too and open intuition.
Healing uses
As a stone of of positivity, inspiration and light, Citrine can be used to alleviate depression and improve feelings of self-confidence. It is a powerful regenerator and stimulates all the organs in the lower chakras, including pancreas, spleen and digestive organs.
